Please note that you are not allowed to submit artwork which you did not create (with the only exception to scans). This is called ripping and is strictly not allowed in MiniTokyo. This includes writing poor descriptions for your gallery item which suggests potential ripping. Please do not submit other people's wallpapers as scans either.
